Visa Approvals and Government Decisions

Visa issuance, visa extensions, entry permits, immigration approvals, and related decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government authorities, immigration departments, embassies, consulates, or border control agencies.

VisaChange.ae acts only as a facilitator and cannot influence, guarantee, or control the outcome of any application. Approval, rejection, processing times, entry permissions, and immigration decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant authorities. Any estimated processing times provided are indicative only and should not be considered guaranteed timelines.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All service charges, government fees, visa fees, transportation costs, accommodation charges, and related expenses are subject to change without prior notice. Fees may vary depending on government regulations, service providers, seasonal demand, or operational requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments made for submitted applications, confirmed bookings, processed services, or government-related transactions may be non-refundable. Travel Requirements and Compliance

VisaChange.ae shall not be responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, deportation, travel interruptions, missed departures, quarantine requirements, or any action taken by airlines, immigration authorities, or government agencies. Clients are encouraged to verify all travel requirements before departure and remain informed of any changes that may affect their travel plans.

Limitation of Liability

While VisaChange.ae strives to provide reliable and professional services, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, visa refusals, processing delays, immigration decisions, airline cancellations, schedule changes, travel disruptions, border restrictions, government policy changes, force majeure events, or losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by applicants.

Our liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to VisaChange.ae for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
